Yoshiko moved to the United States after completing art school in Japan. Her artwork includes more than eighty prints featuring flowers and (or) birds. Twenty examples are shown in this gallery. Click on a picture to enlarge it. Yoshiko used a traditional Japanese drawing style in which her subject was first outlined in black and then the outline was filled with colors. Both shape and colors were typically true-to-life. To see more of Yoshiko's prints click here.
